Availability:
To avoid disappointment we advise clients to book 2-3 months in advance, especially if you are looking for a Saturday appointment. The salon team get quickly booked up, especially around the festive season.
New colour clients:
New colour clients are required to attend a in salon skin test. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the skin test is complete and a member of our team has confirmed your appointment date & time. Please be aware that if you are returning to our salon after a 12 month gap we will need to do a new skin test.
New clients:
New clients are kindly asked to pay a £50 deposit, which will be deducted off your first bill. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the £50 deposit fee is paid and a member of our team has confirmed your appointment date & time.
Cancellation policy:
Bookings cancelled less than 72hrs in advance of the appointment time will be charged...
